1. Scope of the Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
2. Contract partner, contract closure
The contract is arranged with GoodSeed Europe e.V.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can put our products initially without obligation in the cart and correct your input before submitting your binding order at any time, by providing this information during the order process and by using the provided correction tools. By clicking on the order button you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after shipping by means of an automated e-mail. This e-mail is the confirmation of the contract of purchase.

We do not store a copy of the contract text.
3. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the costs of shipping at the offers on the webstore.
You have the option of picking up the purchased items/s at GoodSeed Europe e.V., Hermannstr. 31, D-32756 Detmold, Germany during the following business hours: Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm, except on German holidays. Please inform us, at the latest, one day before your pickup.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

Payment in advance:
By choosing the Payment in advance option, we will inform you of our Bank details on the Order Confirmation and we will ship the product on receipt of payment.
The credit card will be charged at the conclusion of filling out your order.
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You first have to be a registered customer with Paypal. Then you must login with your login details and confirm that the money order payment is paid to us. You can get further help regarding this payment option during the order process.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the goods is made.
6. Damage during Transport
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please send your complaint as soon as possible to the delivery agent/courier and please contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or failure to contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us carry out our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty rights apply.
The limitation period for claims for defects amounts to one year from delivery of the goods.
The above limitations and shortened terms do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives or our agents
